Toptech Co. Limited "Toptech" has reached new heights with the completion of huge volume raised floor projects for notable commercial buildings in Hong Kong between 2002 and 2004. The total of the market penetration occupies major raised floor projects with over 70% share of the total industry volume in Hong Kong.
Most of the projects are prominent large-scale and reputable to be named. Two IFC in Central with the floor area of 150,000 sq. m., Millennium City IV with the floor area of 56,000 sq. m. and Taikoo Place Cambridge House with the floor area of 20,000 sq. m. have been installed respectively a worldwide premium Germany brand, Norit, in full compliance with International Industrial Standard PSA MOB PF2 as well as RAL standard.
Enterprise Square III with the floor area of 38,000 sq. m., Engineering & Mechanical Service Department (EMSD) with the floor area of 26,000 sq. m., JP Morgan Chase in Charter House with the floor area of 18,000 sq. m., Langham Place with the floor area of 50,000 sq. m. have also been utilized the worldˇ¦s leading ISO 9002 accredited raised floor systems, U.K. Kingspan Hewetson and Tate. These new buildings required a system with good accoustic performance, aesthetics functionality and stability. Hutchison Whampoa Tsing Yi Grade A Office Tower, which has a floor capability of 26,000 sq. m., has also contracted with the use of Kingspan Hewetson product in August during this year.
