HONG KONG, 1st July 2005 --- Toptech today announces its sister company, Topstar Home Appliances Limited "Topstar", a new member of Great Eagle Group (Stock Code 0041) in Hong Kong, transfers the Staron® exclusive distributorship to Toptech Co. Limited. In the beginning of the year, Topstar has set up to focus on retail, wholesale and supply of the Samsung Staron® solid surfaces for Hong Kong and Macau. It marks the memorial start of launching this newly invented solid surfaces market in Hong Kong. To expand the market potential of this solid surfaces, Toptech has discontinued the Corian® exclusive distributorship with effective as of June 28, 2005 and concentrating resources on promoting Staron® in the future. The business nature of Topstar will emphasis on retail business of Home Appliances.
