builtINpro Grand Opening - The First Integrated "Practical Life Kitchen and Home Appliance Concept" Flagship Shop in Hong Kong

The associate company of Toptech Co. Limited, Topstar Home Appliance Limited, launched a new integrated "Practical Life Kitchen and Home Appliance Concept" builtINpro shop on 25 August 2005. This has represented a significant milestone of firstly establishment of an experimental home appliances store in Hong Kong. This 3,200 sq. ft. shop is located at 1/F, Capital Building, 8-10 Sun Wui Road, Causeway Bay. Furnishing with modern, aesthetics, and elegant design, builtINpro houses the best renowned and high-end built-in home and electrical appliances. All display items are free for trial, and the shop is designated to give visitors practical experimental experience upon their needs. builtINpro fully utilizes shop space with modern design, aiming at offering a sophisticated, sociable home for customers to get together and experience "Party at the Kitchen".

On that day, Dr. Lo Ka Shui, Deputy Chairman and Managing Director of the Great Eagle Group, Mr. T. K. Kan, Executive Director of the Great Eagle Group, Mr. Ringo Cheung, Managing Director of Toptech Co. Limited, Miss Kathy Chow, super model, Miss Fiona Yuen, TV star, Ms. Sarah Li, popular M.C., Mr. Walter Kei, famous food critics, Mr. Eddy Leung, Executive Chef of French Cuisine Posion Ivy Restaurant, were invited to witness the opening ceremony.

On that day, Dr. Lo Ka Shui, Mr. T. K. Kan and Mr. Ringo Cheung jointly hosted the opening ceremony, giving a toast to the guests and announcing the grand opening of builtINpro.

  A series of cooking demonstration were performed and followed by the introduction of various innovative built-in electrical home appliances by the M.C, Sarah Li. Dr. Lo and Kathy Chow utilized the brand new French Rosieres Induction and ceramic hob and demonstrated their meticulous "pan fly" skill with egg and omelet.

Fiona Yuen also demonstrated one of her favorite desserts "Blueberry Pudding" by using the French Rosieres oven. After 10 minutes, Fiona brought out a fresh, hot and delicious pudding from the oven. This has earned her much appreciation from all the guests.

On the other hand, Walter Kei cooked different gourmet dishes with the use of various cooking appliances. These dishes included "Pea Bean and Herbal Bamboo Shoots Salad", "Fried Minced Vegetable Cake" and "Beef in Beer Sauce", boasting appetites of all the guests. Everybody was waiting for the moment when Walter opened the saucepan lid. Fragrance has filled up the area, and all guests have gained memorable tasting experience.

Afterwards, Eddy Leung demonstrated a delicious dish "Herbal Mutton" and prepared a series of French appetizers for tasting.

At the party, a variety of built-in home electrical appliances have nicely exhibited. With the good use of kitchen space and the latest kitchen design, a taste of uniqueness will be presented in home decoration nowadays!

Finally, the party was ended with crown magic show and wonderful saxophone music performance. Everybody enjoyed the night very much.
